Well, we’re finally in the new location, we’re ready to take on Louisville’s PC problems, but we still need one more thing…  NEW CUSTOMERS! In an effort to grow our customer base and get the word out about our new location, we’re asking our current customers and fans to help us out and spread the word.  In return we have decided to run a contest over the next two months, based on new customer referrals.  All we ask is that you spread the word and make sure that any customer you send our way makes sure to mention that you were the one that referred them to us, and you will automatically be entered into the contest.  We will start the contest on November 2nd (opening day) and will continue the contest through December 31rst.

The computer that will be given to the winner is by no means your average PC.  Not only did we decide to give away a “monster” of a machine, but we decided that a portion of EVERY “PC Tune Up” service over the next two months will go towards some form of an upgrade for the prize machine.  As we hit certain amounts we will update everyone with the newly upgraded specs of the machine.

If you have graphic design skills, heres your chance to show them off!  Leet Tech is looking for a new logo and slogan.  The contest is being held through the website Hatchwise.  There is a full description on what we are looking for and some ideas to get you started.  Be as creative as you want, the more unique, the more we’ll probably like it!  There is currently $150 cash prize payed through hatchwise.  Just register as a designer on the website and start submitting entries.  This may be a good site for you to get involved in if you’r a designer looking to build a portfolio, or make some extra cash.  We will also be sending the winner a ton of freebies like T-Shirts, Messanger Bag, Mouse Pads (any promo items we get branded with your winning logo).  Check out the current entries and get creative.  THANKS  to those who have already submitted entries.

Shopping Cart Hero

Your objective in this  game is to fly as far as you can with your shopping cart. Take your shopping cart downhill, up a ramp and make huge jumps and stunts. The better your performance the more money you can spend on upgrading your cart. Press the RIGHT ARROW KEY to run, press UP ARROW KEY at the right time to get into the shopping cart/jump. Then in the air use LEFT and RIGHT ARROW KEYS to balance. You know you’ve always wanted to try this in real life.

Pimp Your Cart

Make enough money and you can add racing wheels, dual rockets, and even groupies.  Be careful though, you crash with your groupies in the cart and it’s a pretty ugly scene.  But don’t let that stop you from loading up the cart with 3 more groupies and doing it again.  My favorite trick so far…? The Full Backflip while doing a Handstand with a cart full of groupies!

One Step is all it takes.
If your looking to increase your mafia size then chances are you have already spent a ton of time in Mafia Wars “Add Me” related pages and groups.  While this is effective for gaining a small handful of extra members this is not sufficient for the player looking to get to the 500+ mark.  Most groups you will find have a system in place where you will submit a post telling everyone else in the group to add you as a friend, then you will begin frantically adding everyone else that has posted as a friend of yours. This becomes very tedious work that begins cutting into your precious MW playing time.  Besides there’s a much better way!

Network TV coming to your PC

One step closer to ditching your cable box

As a long time user of Media Center PC’s as my primary media viewing device, this application couldn’t come sooner.  I have been beta testing this application for the past 30 days, and to my surprise, I believe Hulu Desktop is the first program to truly offer features no other media center application on the market has yet to provide.  While it is still not the answer for the all-in-one media center software, the merging of Hulu Desktop along with Windows Media Center would be an almost perfect solution.  I expect that atleast a few of the users over at GreenButton are already working on  an add-in to Windows Media center to port the Hulu Desktop interface into MCE.
